What is Breathwork?

There are many different types of breathwork, just as there are many different styles of exercise. Breathwork in my practice consists of conscious, deep breathing to work with oxygen levels to relax the mind and body to work intimately with the subconscious. Oxygen levels stimulate glands in the brain, releasing endorphins which causes the brain to relax and think more freely. With this process your body will work with its energy levels to release stuck and blocked energy, stored emotions, always leaving you feeling different than when you started. The experience is undeniable and cannot be described, it must be experienced.

We either pass on our healing or pass on our hurting.

Compared to talk therapy, honesty is automatic.  You will never feel obligated, pressured, or inclined to hide emotions.  Breathwork is a self-authenticating mechanism because the entire experience is within the client.  YOU uncover the issue, YOU experience the journey, YOU heal from within.

There is no longer a need to hold in your emotions. You can find a safe way to acknowledge and release emotional baggage.

You will rid yourself of pent-up negative energy that is stored in the body and start on a journey to self-discovery.

You will build a spiritual practice or a relationship with your subconscious on a deeper level.
